Mortgage Restructuring Solutions - Harvey garte took all fees upfront - $3500, promised to remodify my mortgage with Countrywide and now Bank of America. Over 2 years later and nothing has occurred. Now, throu Internet
Mortgage Restructuring Solutions,Inc. and owner Harvey Garte have completely and fraudulently misled myself and many many others into thinking that their home mortgages would be remodified through their assistance and service.
They were paid handsomely upfront ($3500), as a prerequisite to starting their service for you by negotiating with the proper banks involved holding their clients mortgages.
A number of years have passed with no solution or action taken in sight, while mr. Garte, owner of Mortgage Restructuring Solutions, claiming "it takes a long period of time to get these things done".
In the meanwhile he and his company is holding all the upfront fees, with nothing to show for it, and refuses to give anything back to his clients. This is totally FRAUD.

Fact: Seven months later, in September of 2008, the stock market crashed. On September 29, 2008, the Dow Jones lost a record 777 points and the financial system in the USA collapsed. The American people were forced to bail-out the failed banking system and several Wall Street firms with hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer's money from the TARP.

Believe in US
Don't believe in God
The U.S. system works
And it's based on FRAUD
FRAUD makes it go
Add a little corruption
Every 80 years
Just a little eruption
Keep raising taxes
Start another war
Invade Afghanistan
Send 40,000 more
It's worked for many years
Things don't need to change
Let US take control
Health care we'll re-arrange
Hope no one will see
'Cause they turned their backs
Health care for everyone
A new secret tax
Fraud Poem is over
Speaking-out feels great
Against a broken system
That so many hate.
