i bought a dune buggy or go cart back in january, the day before valentines day i was assembling when i found out that the control panel did not fit because the frame is out square, or screw holes donot aliagn with the control panel. second the master brake cylinder leaks. and third i never received the free gift you get when you buy a dune buggy advertise by their web site. till this date i have not received anything. their customer service is awful. whenever you call they seem to be bother because you are complaining about a defective item and they make seem that is you are the one with the problem that you dont know what you are talking about. because when i called that saturday the day before valentines i spoke with bob and he knew what i was talking about. he suggested to redrill holes on the control panel to make fit or put on zip tides. i told him i paid almost $2000 iwas not going to do anything to some brand new. i want to return it and get my money back or a replacement. very poor customer service. they dont seem to have customer service people answering those phones is always sales people answering.

The only reason why paypal denied my claim is because they do not cover anything that has a motor that by their policy. My claim is completely reasonable. I will continue with this until your company accepts responsability .

This customer purchased a Go Kart and was given the complete terms and conditions of purchase which clearly includes what the customer is required to do for assembly when they get it. We also clearly state that if a customer is not able to do the assembly, adjustments and mountings that the unit can be shipped to a mechanic near them. This unit required those kinds of adjustments. This included simply drilling out a mounting hole to fit a screw.
This customer did not have the skills to do the assembly and refused to have a mechanic assist them. We provide full time tech support, and a parts dept. This customer was obstinate and refused to accept assitance from us in any way per the warranty policy. Our customer service team spoke with on at least 7 occasions. Our tech support.
This customer then filed a chargeback claim with Pay Pal. After complete review of the case, Pay Pal denied the claim as they found we did indeed attempt to support this customer and that we did do all that was required.
Customer satisfaction is our # 1 goal. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and support we can.
