Motorcars East Inc Sleazy sales tactics Derry New Hampshire
Steve agreed to purchase my Highlander for $14,500. Even offered to pick it up at my home and complete the bill of sale. At 6 am, he emails me that before they pick up my truck, he couldn't pay the $14,500. He "just got new data" this morning that puts the value of my truck at $14,000. Take it or leave it. I told him I would rather take less from an ethical dealer than accept his sleezy sales tactics. He then hung up. BE CAREFUL OF THIS CROOK!! IVE REPORTED THIS UNETHICAL SALES TACTIC TO THE BBB.

I would like to edit the previous report to delete the word Crook. Steve is not a crook. per the website, I cannot delete the post. I am only allowed to submit a rebuttal.

I was too harsh in my original criticism of Steve. he is not a crook. Just unprofessional.
