This company advertises numerous gas stations for sale. Their broker claims the gas stations are making good income. The employees of the company, when you meet them, claim that they are as well. They will sweet talk you into signing a contract, pressuring you to sign quickly, then when you take over the gas station, you will find out that it is actually losing money.
