Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Moving APT is by far the most unethical, grossly negligent and unprofessional company I have ever done business with.  From the inception of my contract, I was blatantly lied to, mislead and promised services I never received.

I was forced to sit in a house, completely packed up for over a week with two young children, waiting for the carrier (Unique Vanlines, Inc.) they contracted to load my belongings.  It took over a week because Danielle from QA admitted Jamie from sales failed to communicate the date change with the carrier.  My estimated quote went up due to the grossly underestimation of my inventory, and the price increased due to a promised 15% single mother discount, which Rose told me didn't exist.  Another fail on Jamie's part in sales.

Needless to say, dozens of unanswered phone calls and numerous emails not responded to, led to me having be the burning fire behind the carrier to get my stuff within a timely manner, especially after being told my belongings were still 2500 miles away with no delivery date scheduled over 5 weeks after living out of 4 suitcases due to Moving APT's negligence.

Most importantly, the carrier they felt best suited to move me 2500 miles, had their DOT Docket#1951425 and Insurance INVOLUNTARILY REVOKED while they had possession of my property.

When my property was finally delivered, it was mostly all damaged, every piece of furniture was damaged and/or broken, and 6 items from my inventory never made it onto the truck. One item of importance was a tub, packed by Jeff from Unique Vanlines, that contained all the hardware to the furniture they disassembled at pick up.  So not only was my furniture damaged and broken, it was never reassembled upon delivery.

Of course several calls and emails went back and forth, ultimately rendering me with nothing.

In all fairness, Danielle from Moving APT, QA, offered me $200 for my "non satisfactory" service; however, if I accepted the $200 I would have to sign a release agreeing not to write any bad reviews. How insulting and completely unacceptable!

Needless to say, I declined the offer.  Shame on them and their $200 hush money.
