Another SCAM effects Auto Shipping Industry - MovingAid.com a.k.a Consult530 a.k.a Infusion Marketing a.k.a Angels Moving Auto's, Inc.

Consumers and business poeple in the auto shipping industry are being scammed again by another Redding Calafornia company(s)

Angels Moving Auto's a local auto shipping broker out of Northern Calafornia has teamed up with Consult530(aka Carriersoft) to scam people out of their hard earned dollars.

Background:

Consult530 provides a basic automated auto shipping software applet directly to auto shipping brokers. This software automates the quote and booking process to create more time for the average broker to make additional customer contacts. This in it self is no big secret.

The online software from Consult530.com costs about 1500-2000.00 to set up and a few hundred dollars a month to run.

Over the last 6 months Dina Gifford from Angels Moving Auto's a Calafornia based auto shipper. (and user of the system) has teamed up with Eric Brewer, an employee of Consult530 to form a new company called "Infusion Marketing" what this company does is recruit new people to open auto shipping companies nationwide.

They offer prospects the opportunity to be self sufficent with their own business. All sounds well and good to this point.

The Truth is this:

Mr Brewer and Ms. Gifford are actually charging these prospects a large fee in the area of 11,000.00 - 12,000.00 to basically do the same set up that consult530 does for 1500-2000.00 under the premise they will provide enhanced support for the prospects new company.

They however do not - They pay the nominal fee to consult530 then pocket the diffence for themselves. When we were approached about this opportunity we were excited to get involved until we did the research and found that about 10 new companies have been started in 6 months and half of them failed in the first month.

Not only did they fail from lack of support they were out 11,000.00-12,000.00 and under contract with Consult530 and Infusion Marketing for at least a year.

This means that Mr Brewer and Ms. Gifford have scammed at least 5 people out of more than $$70,000.00 in the last 6 months and they are still going.

To Make it worse:

"Both parties are in violation of numerous federal, local and state laws and are nearing prosicution for interstate fraud amoung other charges" as reported by local and state officials when we contacted them to report this scam.

Appearently there is already a case against all of these companies cooking. It is only a matter of time before the walls come crashing down on Eric Brewer, Dina Gifford and anyone else who might be connected directly with this thing.

As for me, I will remain retired in Detroit. I see now that exploring opportunities to make alittle extra money only brings an older man closer to the real world we live in.

Beware of these poeple and tell everyone you know who may be affiliated about these people. Beware.

My name is Joey Gartin and I am the owner of Consult530. Regarding the original post, there has been a large amount of confusion between my company and Dina Gifford. Dina has sold her services to get people into the business of auto transport brokering. Those services are not controlled by our company nor influenced by my company. We are one of the companies that her clients has the opportunity to use. We are not the only company whose services she promotes. Any problems arising between her and her clients is between her and her clients. Any problems arising between my company and our clients is between us and our clients. The distinction may be small, but it has caused plenty of confusion. I have never had anyone complain to me about our services, quite the opposite. I would suggest that anyone who feels they have been slighted and wants to express their opinion (something I highly recommend) should at least take the time to distinguish between companies.

Not sure exatly how i Planet is involved in this situation. Not even sure what this situation is. You should know that Angels Moving Auto's is an i Planet client for more that 18 months and has been solid as a client. We have a working relationship with Consult530 as well. We have actually referred more than 10 of our existing clients to consult530 for their software. Not exactly sure what this is - thought I should respond. Not long ago one of these Rip off report things came out and said i Planet was the ring leader of a 10 company network of auto shippers all owned by iPlanet. This was proven to be untrue and incorrect. I cannot speak to the marketing company deal. I was in no way informed of such a company. Dina at Angels has been an Angel of a client for years. Eric has been good to us as well since we have been involved. We wish them both the best of luck. To speak to lead saturation - 16-18 clients on Ezautoshipping.com. I was interested in verifying that myself so we ran server reports. The report is absolutly correct their is 12 clients on that site. 2 more than 10, that is more than the site states. As soon as we can move them around we will to compensate. Having said all that - We wish everyone the best. Thank you for your time. Michael Solani - i Planet Consulting.

First of all, I have personally done business with all of these companies (MovingAid, Consult530, Effusion Marketing(not Infusion Marketing) as well as Angels Moving Auto's because they all do business together. They are the most professional and giving people I have ever worked with in my professional carrier in this industry. Effusion Marketing (Dina Gifford and Eric Brewer) have opened up 6 companies in the last 7 months, all of which are doing very well in the Auto Transport Industry. Those companies are Streamline Shipping Amigo Auto Transport Fastlane Transport Bullseye Shipping ATC Shipping and Big Brothers Transport. Almost all of these companies made about $2,500 their first week of business. Let me tell you why these companies are doing so well, despite what this so called rip-off report says. Effusion Marketing flew out personally to train these individuals in their office, for 2 days solid. These companies learned how to use the excellent software from Consult530, they were taught how to not only be an Auto Transport Broker, but also how to run their business and office efficiently. 7 months later these companies still call Dina Gifford and Eric Brewer for guidance through their new career, and I happen to know that Dina and Eric do not charge them for this time they spend. If you want proof, go to their websites and look at the professional job that was done for these companies. These companies listed above are under the wings of Eric Brewer and Dina Gifford still after so many months, because they truly care about the people they have helped into the businessI have seen this with my own eyes, and through many phone conversations. READ THE TRUTH ABOUT WHY THIS REPORT WAS WRITTEN BY - IPlanet Consulting - Michael Solani or partners of his(aka John from Detroit): As a part of this service, Consult530 asked IPlanet Consulting to handle all of the online CPC(Cost Per Click) Advertising for the listed companies above, which is what IPlanet Consulting does. IPlanet Consulting charged these companies anywhere from $2,500 to $3,500 PER MONTH for their advertising(which was taken out of the total he said Effusion Marketing made per client). For the first month of business, each company did very well. As the next months followed their phones stopped ringing, and they were getting less and less business. Effusion Marketing personally enquired about this and found that all of IPlanet Consulting's marketing websites including EZAUTOSHIPPING were sending auto transport quotes to 16-18 companies, when they stated they would only send out quotes to 10 companies each so that the leads are not washed so thin that the companies cannot make any money. At that time Effusion Marketing stepped in, with the help of Consult530 to start their own CPC Advertising website MovingAid. For the first month of advertising, Dina Gifford Eric Brewer and Consult530 put in their own money to save these companies from going under, and providing them with quotes to continue their business. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but that is amazing customer servicewouldn't you say! Needless to say, the companies mentioned above continue to use Consult530 for their advertising. Eric Brewer and Dina Gifford and the companies mentioned are not under any criminal prosecution, as a matter of fact I know Eric Brewer personally and the only thing that young man has on his record is a ticket for failing to where his seat belt from almost 6 years ago : ) FOOD FOR THOUGHT ABOUT THESE FALSE CLAIMS: This is obviously a desperate attempt by IPlanet Consulting(Michael Solani) to try to get back the clients they lost due to their lack of customer service and very criminal business practices by taking advantage of new clients. Two important things to take to heart, 1) Michael Solani will not give out his SSN# for tax purposes with these companies.very interesting, I wonder if he pays his taxes at all. 2) Can you really trust someone who doesn't know how to spell California!
