I attempted to cancel my subscription with this mp3 download company within an hour of subscribing. I filled out a refund request as directed by the website and did not recieve a reply in time to get my money back. In fact I recieved no reply whatsoever. There was a 48 hour refund time period if I was not satisfied and I requested a refund within that time but did not recieve any word back in that time period.

Because of the company's failure to be prompt with my request, the refund period is up and I have lost 24 dollars. It is not my fault. They state that they have customer service reps working on hand constantly but I never recieved a reply to my request.
