Mr. Keith Volk Always in Motion Consulting Group Mr. Volk is selling pirated software and refuses to return my money. Harpers Ferry, West Virginia
On July 6th, 2009 Mr. Volk has sold me pirated graphics, imaging and animation software. The software titles and prices I paid are as follows:
Microsoft Office 2008 - $35
Apple Final Cut Studio 2 - $85
Rhino 4 (et al...) - $75
Zbrush 3.12b - $60
Corel Painter 11 - $35
Vector Magic - $65
Apple Final Cut Studio 2 - $85
Rhino 4 (et al...) - $75
Zbrush 3.12b - $60
Corel Painter 11 - $35
Vector Magic - $65
Autodesk Maya 2009 - $75
Apple Ableton 8 Suite - $50
Adobe CS4 Production Design Premium - $60
The titles arrived as DVD copies of the originals with handwritten titles on the disks. The titles were not the original disks and no original activation codes or literature accompanied the disks.
Within a week of receiving the pirated copies Mr. Volk refused to return my money. He is advertising on Craigslist and accepting money using Paypal.
