Mr. Paul Sutton Of Barrington Capital ripoff violation of privacy, slander, unneccessarily ruined credit rating, ruined FICO credit score, did not contact me San Diego California
The rebuttal to my complaint against Mr. Paul Sutton of Barrington Capital Corp. is as follows:
1-Mr. Sutton mocked and belittled my name referring to me as "The Talented Mr. Ripley".
2-Mr. Sutton's name was NOT placed on this website without reason
3-I thought I was conducting bussiness with Barrington Capital Corporation and NOT "lowermybills.com" as Mr. Sutton states.
4-Upon my beginning the loan process with Mr. Sutton I DID NOT apply for any other credit or loans as he wrongfully states.
5-The statement from Mr. Sutton that I reported my value of my home at $120,000.00 is an outright lie.I did no such thing. Afterall,Mr. Sutton should know that this is the reason for an APPRASIAL of the property that I PAID FOR.
6-When my file was submitted to the underwriting department I was NOT advised that another credit report had to be pulled. Further,It was because of Mr. Sutton's actions taken WITHOUT my approval that caused my credit score and FICO score to suffer dramatically.I have NEVER BEEN HOSTILE TO ANYONE!
7-I strongly dissagree with Mr. Sutton,I DO have every reason to report him and his company for many laws that he broke, lies he's told, and gross irresponsibility on his part.
8-I requested Mr. Sutton to send me a copy of my apprasial that I PAID FOR at least six times and still don't have it. Under the laws of this land I am entitled to same and Mr. Sutton has clearly violated these laws and will be held responsible.
9-At the very end of my loan process Mr. Sutton did NOT even bother to contact me further regarding my loan.He would not return my calls,emails,or faxes.I would still be WAITING if I had not been persistant in contacting Mr. Sutton.
10-I strongly dissagree with Mr. Sutton: He is definately a "rip off artist" of the worst kind. I have yet to learn the names and addresses of the executives of Mr. Sutton's "corporation".
Finally,I don't think Mr. Sutton is a DOCTOR but his "diagnosis regarding my mental well being is WRONG.I am disabled due to traumatic on the job situation. However my doctor has clearly stated that my disability only pertains to the work environment. For Mr. Sutton to take a "cheap shot" like his last statement just may cost him.
In closing,I fully aggree with "DAN" of Chicago,Ill. regarding his "rebuttal on Professionalism" and I will not allow Mr. Sutton to get by with all these lies and violations.
