Mr. Windows Plus Peter Vitale Peter came to my home for a window repair. He informed me that the window was too old and parts were not available to fix the crank. Lakewood New Jersey
Peter came to fix a crank on a window unit consisting of a large picture window with a crank out window on each side. One crank out window had a rotted top pin so when I attempted to open it the winwow fell from the top bending the crank out bars on the bottom. The window hung from those bars bending them. Peter looked at it and said the unit was too old and parts were not available. He said it would cost $1,500 to replace the entire unit. Two days later I called Suburban Window in Leonardo, N.J. The sent a repairman out. He looked at it and said " NO PROBLEM.... I'll order the parts and have it fixed real soon at the cost of $150. Perter is a SCAM ARTIST and tried to RIP ME OFF !!
