Mr. Wireless Doesn't stand behind its sale of defective phone North Hollywood California
I bought a Motorola Razr phone that began to malfunction within the first week of sale. I reported it and sent the phone back, as requested. I got the phone back in the mail with a hand written post-it note saying "cannot fix." No other explanation or documentation.
I asked them to replace the phone and for the first time was told Motorola had said it was malfunctioning from "user misuse." I asked for the support for that statement, i.e. the information and the reason for that conclusion. I called and asked to speak to the owner...he was out, and has not returned my call. Now they will not respond to my e-mails.
I will never buy from them again and suggest any potential buyer be very much aware of possible trouble from this seller.
