I sent a CZ-83 pistol to this guy on March 20th 2017 after purchasing a "Cerakote" service on Ebay.
His advertisement states: "3 Day Turn on single colors, 7-15* Day Turn on Patterns!*
*These are business days counted M-F. add handling of 3 days. These are estimated times and as with any artistic or production service they can very. We do achieve these time frames the majority of the time. However - we do not guarantee them and actual turn times may be considerably longer in some cases. **We will redo the part until satisfaction is reached, excludes shipping costs, lifetime warranty is transferable. Duracoat has rubber type fillers in it which prolongs blasting. add $20 for time and equipment wear. Pistol Sights may break during the removal process, (Springfield Armory is very prone to this) we are not responsible if this occurs."
I waited top contact him until early May to see if there was an issue as I asked for a simple service: Slide one color, Frame another color. No patterns, no tricks, no scribes etc.
This was the first "I'll check and let you know tomorrow" responses I received.
In June I asked that he send the pistol back and refund my money.
Nothing.
I called the police who related that I was not the first to call them for help with this guy.
I told him this and he still refused to return the pistol.
I have been patient.
I have not shouted nor screamed nor called him names and he still refuses to return my weapon.
My next steps are to contact the company that makes Cerakote to see if I can get him cut off.
I will also contact the FBI and ATF to see if they want to weigh in.
This is no way to do business.
Period!

So I talked to Ripoff Mark Schutte by phone.. I was ASSURED I would receive my firearm back in a menaingful timeframe. So I went here and filed an update.
Turns out that Mr Schutte does not have a truthful bone in his body.
He we are, January 2019, almost 2 years after he was sent my pistol and I have YET to see anything from this guy.
If you ever sent one to this guy expect to NEVER receive it back.
He is out of business as far as I can tell.
Oh, and a BBB rating of F should tell you all you ever need to know.
So now it is on to the ATF to have his Licenses revoked and possibly the FBI for interstate fraud.
Hope you see this Mark because I am sick of your BS.
Plain and simple BS!

Update 9-7-2017:
I received a call several weeks ago from the owner of MSG and we had a goog long talk.
We came to an undertanding and he promised to look into my situation. I have been in constant contact since and although I have not seen a return of my weapon yet I am confident we have made significant progress toward that end.
I am looking forward to seeing the completed piece of work!
Thanks for reaching out Mark.
