I agree, MSN is a rip off. I signed a contract for two years and it was so slow I cancelled. They refused and they were charging my credit card. My credit card Capital One was charging me monthly fees. I finally paid off credit card. Asked MSN to put on my debit card. Capital One canceled for a whole 24 days. Sent me a letter stating that there was a new charge that I did not authorize and added a monthly charge. Therefore I am paying 19.95 on my debit card and 19.95 on my credit card plus 15.00 on my monthly charge for the credit card I do not want. All for a internet service I do not use. I am a single mom, full time student living on $1000.00 a month. I can't afford this.
