M&T Bank INS fees tack onto a withdrawal while the funds are available Ithaca, New York
It appears to me that the M&T banks software is corrupt and open to ripping off their consumers. It came to my attention that my sons account was charge a 37$ INS fee after making a withdrawal with in which that INS was posted after the date of transaction on that withdrawal, he may not have had available funds for a previous transaction which was paid, however the bank waited to charge the 37$charge. Which after the time of the withdrawal they charged him another 37$ for making that withdrawal, while the funds were available.
There should have been only 1 ins charge, not two. It does appear the bank software places the charge where it's to the advantage of the bank.
Banking with M&T is like dealing with a casino the house wins & apparently so does M&t by taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers. I'm the lil person and hope to make a difference. The government sent bail outs to help the economy and the bank robs us instead of them. It's time to turn this thing around. I'm going the distance on this one, hence for I do have a small paper trail and I like to see them justify their transactions
