Before you go ahead and buy your Muama Enence translator, get to know the basic product facts:
- Muama Enence is not a stand-alone device: you need to install an app on your phone, connect it with Bluetooth, and make sure to keep the screen of your phone on the whole time so you don't interrupt the connection with the translator. It's almost the same thing as handholding a microphone when you want to record and transmit audio from a translation app on your phone
- Muama Enence Translator works only when you're online: you need a Wi-Fi connection or 4G in order to translate anything
- It takes 4 to 5 weeks to ship from China, and all returns must be made at your own cost (shipping + additional return fees) to their office
- The translation skills of a Muama Enence Translator are as good as its internet connection, but the device can also work as a simple Bluetooth speaker.
