I was arrested with a blank warrant (told its called Caipas) from 1995 in 2013 in So Fla..extradited to N.C. the Arkansas Co that transported me in a cage shallackled and chained that was built into therear of a panel van..stopped overnight in St Johns Co Fla I was booked into that jail for the overnight stay, a Mugshot was taken ...months later ( the charges were immediately dismissed upon court appearance) ..I was told by a prospective customer my Mugshot was online after a Google of my name...I contacted Mugshots who said for a fee they would remove charges already adjudicated, and remove free dismissed charges..
I provided dismissal documents and the picture was in fact removed this was last year 2012..two days ago I Google's my name and that same mugshot was back online..! I've since learned this company sells the pictures they claim control over by public domain rights...my charges were "dismissed" not adjudicated No law could possibly grant this company the liberty to use my image for financial gain without my permission especially when the charge was dismissed This company I believe has political ties as well and the site facilitates mud slinging the RW seems so inclined to these days.
