I ordered French learning CDs and books from multilingual Books last November (2014). I received an e-mail confirming the order with an order number. My credit card was charged within a couple of days. After a period of time I had not received the order. I e-mailed the company in Demember and received a response from Ken Tomkins saying "I am not sure what the delay was so will will ship this to you in the next 24 hours with tracking."

More weeks passed. I still hadn't received my order. I contact this man again (January 2015). He responded: "I agree and apologize we will send out the order today, and can include either a Talk Now french cd-rom, worldtalk french cd-rom or a harry potter french book as a bonus for the wait. Let me know what would be helpful, and the age and level of the student, just want to make sure we are sending the right package" I responded. But, I still didn't recieve my initial order or my compensatory "gift" . I emailed him again. No response. I threatened legal action. No response. 

After searching the net, it is now quite clear that this company is a fraud. Ken Tomkins is unlikely to exist and is just a made-up name to hide the shamefull face of this fraululent company. That such companies can get away with this for so long is disgusting. I will be pursuing this, not to get back my $160, but to ensure that the responsible people are punished and others do not have to go through what I've gone through.
