Mundo Corp ripoff dishonest fradulant discrimination Vero Beach Florida
Hello,
We would like to place a complaint and or claim against the Mundo Corperation located at 1100 Old Dixie Highway
Vero Beach, FL US 32960, 772-567-1240. We ordered a used DVD drive from Mundo, when the DVD drive arrived it did not work. We requested that we may send it back for a refund, and Michelle informed us that it would not be a problem. When Mundo received the DVD drive Michelle claimed that it had been electronically damaged and we should try to place a claim with FedEx. I asked why they think FedEx would replace some thing that they claim was electronically damaged. They could not clarify. Michelle refused to refund our money and she also refused to let us speak to someone in authority. Lastly Michelle refused to sell another DVD drive to us. Please advise on further steps to resolve this situation.
