I just wanted to add that I was scammed the same way by this so-called company. Funny how after 4 months of trying to get my mural, I finally made two complaints today (7/25/08) to the BBB and PAYPAL, placed two phone calls to a number I found online to Lina and NOW I FIND AN EMAIL SAYING I'LL BE REFUNDED through GOOGLE CHECKOUT due to me calling 'the landlord' which was 'illegal'. I will really believe it when my money is back in my account. I've emailed the artist suggesting they improve their customer service and response time to emails and calls. If they do or ever did provide the beautiful murals the website advertised, it's a shame that they are their own worse enemy and will lose customers. The saddest part of this...............my little 3 year old will not have her glittering Cinderella and Castle. I've also placed my own complaint on this website regarding them. but I just had to respond to this one as the story and excuse was almost identical to what I was told!!!

If you find you are having the same problems with Murals 4 Kidz, hopefully this advice will help. If you paid through Google Checkout with your credit card (not a debit card) and are in good standing with your credit card company. You can contact your credit card company and dispute the purchase. They reversed the charges for me and are contacting Google Checkout to notify the bank and transaction institute for this rip-off company to get the money back. This will surely put them under investigation!
