Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I can't be certain if "Shyster' is the correct description,as only a court of law & an honest certified mechanic can make that assertion. I'd communicated with them through their website & received an email  deal on a new car I just adored & was told to come over to tie the deal. I was putting $1400 cash down, but when I got there, nothing went well.

I was told by the man Blake, whom I suppose was in the role of Senior Sales Exec that the sales exec I spoke with had no authority to make that deal with me & that car I wanted was not available right now. I asked why not? I saw it on the website & he said it should've been taken down from the website weeks ago.

He tried to persuade me towards an old ugly sports car, but it wasn't my type. He said I can't possibly want a new car, he showed me one for $24,000 but I didn't want to go that high, I was interested in one around $8-10,000. But he said it's not likely that I'd qualify for financing & they're not actually doing any financing right now.

I still wanted to see the man I'd made the deal with & this man was trying to reach him on the phone, over a span of 40 minutes. In the meantime, he took me on a test drive of a used car with 25,000 miles he was sure I'd like just as much as the one I came to buy.

He did a wild u turn on Main St with traffic coming, then took me on a frantic ride going 70 on a side street, kept ducking his head down, monkeying with things instead of looking at the road, dialing a C&W station blasting loud, pushing a button by my legs which shot me forward then backward, while screaming above the music : "It also does this!"

We made it back to the dealership & it looked like he held the door for me, but he let go just then & walked away while the door hit me on the shoulder &  toppled me sideways causing me to knock my head into the doorframe.

The other guy I originally made the deal with finally arrived & the guy asked him where did he go,why wasn't he answering his pages &voicemail? He said he'd ran home to wash his bbq grill & must have left his phone in his pants in the house so that he couldn't hear it ring.

I did not ask why his pants was in the house instead of on him when he washed the bbq, I did not want to know- people do strange things for even stranger reasons - I only wanted to hurry up & get out of there.

I was experiencing double vision & had to get home & take my blood pressure med, he was distracted, fidgety, irritated (too nice a day to sit in an office with the luring possibility of dashing home to finish washing that bbq grill)

I ended up with an old car with 250,000 + miles instead of 25,000 that he said it had, I paid full price for it, but not the dealer fee & tax, so he financed the dealer fee & tax on monthly payments. Then the other man kept getting in front of me when I was going to leave, trying to get me to have my photo taken & sign an affidavit to join the list of other happy customers, but I kept declining firmly & he finally let me go.

I told them the next day I'm disturbed about a noise it's making & he said that noise is ok, it's nothing. It started losing compression constanly like it's out of gas when it had a full tank, plus a host of other issues, so I've only driven it a mile. I was told by a mechanic not to drive it another inch & not to pay another dime until it's sorted out in court.

But when I was late on my 2nd payment, he kept shouting hatefully on the  phone that they'll repossess at the end of the week if I dont bring in the $50 right away. I was too scared to take it there & get screamed at again,so I sent it with a friend. I was told "Not Murdock, oh no! They treat people like they'll choke them  to death if they owe them $10."  (Maybe business hasn't been good & he needs it to buy a pair of pants)

Maybe their tactic is to scare you, confuse you, injure you with the door so you end up in the frame of mind that you pay the money to get out of there.

I am incredibly sorry for any perceived dishonesty that took place at our dealership and hope that you will accept that apology.
I will say, however, that your complaint is...well....less than believable. I mean, it all seems to come from a silver-screen movie script. While some of these things may have taken place (doubtful), it has all been GREATLY exaggerated. Case in point, "He did a wild u turn on Main St with traffic coming, then took me on a frantic ride going 70 on a side street, kept ducking his head down, monkeying with things instead of looking at the road, dialing a C&W station blasting loud, pushing a button by my legs which shot me forward then backward, while screaming above the music : "It also does this!"". That is a hyperbole at its finest.
Interestingly enough, I believe, though I cannot prove, that you are the same person who wrote the complaint entitled, "Murdock Chevrolet Josh Rocha- Bait and Switch." You certainly seem to use the exact same grammar, punctuation, and grammatical functions. My years of studying Psychology and English would definitely lead me to believe it.
If you are NOT the same person, please know that we are sorry that this happened to you. I mean, I REALLY am sorry that this happened. But I just can't bring myself to believe certain parts of the story, let alone the entire series of events. It reads like a cheap comic book plot line.
If you are the same person who wrote the other exaggerated complaint, please find somewhere else to vent your libel, as none of this is believable.
