Hired this guy for a simple easy job of repairing a trim around my small window next to my door and also bathroom trim, which he charged me $150. First of all, the paint job he did was sloppy; he just slathered paint all around the trim, did not care to be careful. I also had to provide the paint and when I did not have the matching color, he "test" painted around my garage door trim, now I have to repaint that. I did not notice until he left that the trim was crooked and uneven, so I messaged him on thumbtack about it, and he said he would setup a time to come and fix it. Well, I waited a few days since I had not heard from him, and asked him when he would come by, he told me sometime next week, but would not give me a date or time, so the middle of the week came and still no update to when he would come and fix the problem that I paid for him to fix. I sent him another message to see when he would come, and no reply. He seems to have ghosted me and now I'm out $150 and I still have to get my trim fixed by someone else who will charge me to fix his job. Seemed like a nice guy only to be a SCAMMER.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE!
After I left the review, the guy just keeps sending me messages, racist and passive aggressive messages on thumbtack. He has been to my house and knows where I live, so I fear for my children’s and my safety.
