MWI Connections ripoff consumer fraud ripoff dishonest Omaha Nebraska
This company has been systematically charging $9.95 to my Credit Card account for several months and I have no idea how it all started. I thought it was something my wife ordered, so I payed no attention to it for a while. I finally asked her about it and she said that she had no idea who they were or what service they provided.
I never received any packages from them, so I finally called them and told them to stop charging my account (thank goodness I have a credit card company who includes phone numbers with the statement charges). When I spoke to a MWI Connections Representative, she started trying to sell me discount theatre and restaurant tickets and wouldn't shut up when I told her I wasn't interested.
I told her I just wanted them to stop charging my account and she continued to give me a sales pitch. I never yell on the phone, but this time I did. I told her to stop charging me again, and then I hung up.
I have since called my Credit Card company and asked them to block any future charges from that company. I hope I don't see another charge from them or I'm going right to 60 minutes!
