MWI Galleria ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Omaha Nebraska
I received a call from MWI Galleria offering me a free trial of their services.After the trial my credit card would be billed. I refused and asked the representative how could they have my credit card information when I did not provide it to them. She told me my credit card wouldn't be billed because they don't have my number on file.
A few weekds later I received my membership after stressing to her that I was not interested in receiving this offer because I do not want to be charged. After I received it, I decide to call and cancel because I did not want them to send me a bill to pay since I knew I had not provided them with my credit information. I nputted the membership number and pressed 2 to cancel and low and behold, my credit card was charged $139.95 for crap!
I called the company and rasied hell and was told my credit card would be refunded. I asked them where did they get my credit card information and they could not tell me.
