MWI Galleria rip-off! Fraudulent credit card charges! Connecticut
Just finished a call to this company, to which they charged my mother's credit card a fee for a product she never received nor ever authorized. This was not a large sum of money but because she is in her late 80's I felt they were prying on seniors that are easily scammed.
While she was trying to tell this lady what she wanted done the lady continued to try and sell other items and products to her and would not stop to listen or attempt to correct the problem.
We do not even know how this company obtained the card number. Had I not been here this charge would have gone through unnoticed. To anyone reading this please check your parents' bills or anyone you may know that is a senior citizen and question any charge that appears bogus.
