MWI Omaha, Nebraska ripoff business from hell deceptive company ripoff fraud business Omaha Nebraska
I purchased a bottle of Focus Factor Vitamins from the Vital Basics Company and they obviously gave MWI all of my personal information. (
This is where MWI told me they got it from) When I pulled up my online banking, I noticed an unauthorized automatic debit from my account for $139.00 payable to MWI Dental Health Program. I never received any such literature in the mail nor did I ever sign or authorize this debit.
I called them twice, spoke to 3 dumber than dumb customer service reps and 2 supervisors. After screaming at the top of lungs for an instant refund, they promised they would refund me. I do not trust them to give me this refund at all.
I then called my bank and after the debit posts, they are going to have me sign an affidavit and replace my money until MWI supposedly does. I cannot tell you how stupid I feel. I should've known better than to ever have bought anything over the phone.
I think the companies that are sharing our personal information should be shut down also. I have noticed on this sight how many people have been scammed by MWI nationwide and glad to know I am not alone in this fight for justice.
