Jean: File a complaint with the FTC. While they do not deal with individual complaints, if they receive enough complaints against a single company, they will investigate. The form can be accessed by typing "FTC" into the seach field; results will include a link to "Complaint form." (HI...I grew up in River Edge!)

I am a Customer Service rep for a nationally known bank. We deal with customers who are being ripped off, quite a bit. The reason Simple Escapes is able to get into your accounts, is that your credit card numbers were sold to them by AOL. This information was given to us by several folks who are now dealing with Simple Escapes. They were all told this same information by Simple Escapes, according to the customers. BEWARE OF YOUR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS! THEY CAN BE SEEN VERY EASILY. P.S. Amazon.com does the same thing.
