I was just about to do business with these guys. I talked with one of their reps this morning for a good half an hour and he was terrific. I didn't think I'd find anything here but boy am I ever glad I checked! I just emailed him right now with the link to this page so he would understand why I had to change my mind. THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK. I hope you get your money back soon!

I have received a response from my credit card company stating that the company has refused to credit me. I at this time will be filing a lawsuit against the company and I am also advertising a chance to be involved in a class action lawsuit against Money tree funding and credit fix now. This company has broken laws of RESPA, Local NJ Laws, and intentionally committing multiple types of fraud. As you can see in a previous post a previous emplyee has also admitted to these unethical and unfair practices. Please email me at (((ROR REDACTED)))more information. Thanks, CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

I respect the fact that Randy Stevens allegedly resigned from My Credit Fix Now but I wish it would have happened prior to me being unethically taken advantage of by Randy, Michael and David. In my defense I attempted all avenues and made an attempt to contact Randy to no avail. I was told that Michael Torres was who handled my account and he would be my contact for the company. I do not respect the fact that Randy came back and stated that he undoubtedly knew that My Credit Fix Now was being unethical in their practices yet questions my ability to generate business from ANY lead source. I have been in the business a long time and from the 1st year in the business have been at the TOP of all sales forces. In addition, I was also an excellent sales manager for a large mortgage company. I am not here to bash anyone or have to defend myself, I am simply here to make an attempt to retrieve the $2,500 that was stolen from me.

It is unfortunate that the individual here has become so irate that he has slandered my name without ever trying to use me as a way of resolving any issues he may have had with "Credit Fix Now". My name is Randy Stevens and I am the individual that he originally spoke to in regards to the clients that he would be receiving that wanted a loan. I was given a script to read from and told that everything that I was selling him was true. I was told that the 10% of the Gross Revenue earned from the loans that our clients would generate was legal as well and would not be an issue with RESPA. I had my own suspicions as well to the integrity and ethical practices of this company as time went by and finally decided to resign. It is unfortunate that things didn't work out in this particular clients favor, because it has for many other clients that actually continue to re-order. I believe that the market isn't really favorable for Mortgages right now and that many of the brokers out there will have to gamble with lead companies in order to save there business. Yes I said lead companies and that is exactly what Credit Fix Now is. I finally put it all together when I did my own investigative work and found that most of what David Gates is claiming is questionable. I myself made the decision to resign because I couldn't handle the fact that some clients were not getting what others were and felt that all clients should get the same results from the product being sold. I just wished that the unhappy client here would have addressed me, as I asked him to, if he had any challenges and I would have done my best to fight for him as I have always done for my clients in any industry I have been in. But instead, he decided to include me in his slandering remarks to damage my reputation and those of others without trying to exhaust all avenues. It could be that he became so impatient with just a few calls that his rudeness carried over into other dealings and he just couldn't close anyone with the attitude he had. Some people just don't belong in the business, particularly when it comes to selling over the phone. I wonder if he ever did a self-analysis on hisself in regards to this. Regardless, yes "Credit Fix Now" is a questionalble company as well as this client's selling ability. However, the real issue is what both wanted to accomplish in regards to greed, may just be a RESPA issue to warrant both being investigated. Sincerely, Randy Stevens Former Employee of Credit Fix Now
