My Diet Patches rip-off! I am wondering how they can say it is a free sample, and then rack on charges a few days later. Internet
I put in to receive a free sample of diet patches and paid for the shipping and handling. A few days later, I was charged $159 twice to my debit card. I contacted them 15 different times, and each time they told me I would recieve my refund in 3-5 business days. It has now been 10 days and I still haven't recieved my money.
When I did call in, the reps treated me as though I was an idiot. They said that I need to learn how to read. Supposedly there is something on the website that says you will be charged $159 for a supply of diet patches, but I always read fine print, and nothing was there. I even went back through to see where this might be, and I still couldn't find anything.
I am wondering how they can say it is a free sample, and then rack on charges a few days later. Somethings not right.

For all of you who think My Diet Patches doesn't let you know that they are billing your account, well your wrong. When you sign up for the free trial, on the last page that you have to fill out, near the bottom you have to put a check mark in the little box next to the words "I Agree With The Terms And Conditions". Right under that is a box that lists ALL of the terms and conditions. It says: As part of this free trial program you'll receive a free 1 week supply of the Diet Patch, and you only pay $2.95 for shipping and handling. This gives you the opportunity to try the diet patch free for a week so you can decide for yourself of this is the right product for you. If you are enjoying the product, do nothing, and we will send your full 3 month program of the diet patch 15 days after your trial order. We'll bill the same credit card information you have used for this transaction for the amount of $159.95 (+ $10.00 for shipping and handling). You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free 1 week supply and you can cancel anytime within the 15 day trial period. If you would like to cancel your membership, simply follow the cancellation instructions included with your order confirmation. Even if you decide to cancel, please keep the FREE 1 week supply as our gift to you. No commitments, no hassles, cancel anytime. Please note this special offer is limited to one free trial of the Diet Patch per customer. But I do agree that it was wrong that they didn't send your money back.
