My experience with My EyeLab has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. I needed to return the glasses because of images were blurry, top third of the viewing area created a Moiré type of pattern. They were just very low quality. Getting a refund has been a terrible experience. If you use this company it is very likely your glasses purchase will be a nightmare. Use extreme caution.

This is an update to my previous post. A response was sent by My EyeLab's CSR group. I tend to believe the good responses may be "canned" posts placed by the business. All the 5 Stars come from Ft. Lauderdale. In my efforts to get a refund within the 30 day period of purchase. I was told twice by the local manager he was not authorized to give a refund. I would need to communicate with Bob in Ft. Laud. After many attempts got connected with their Service Dept. in Ft. Laud., after hearing my request the person I spoke with disconnected me and I was not able to reconnect. Their responses to my credit card company have contained lies, which I am currently attempting to correct.

The response to my previous post stated they wanted to communicate with me, I sent my contact to their email address. I've not heard back from this company. Again, there are many options to choose from in any neighborhood, from my experience with them, (and many others that have posted) this company does not have interest in any legitimate  customer issues. My EyeLab is bad news, do not use them.

10.6.18 I'm posting a follow-up to the My Eyelab review I posted on 10.5.18.   My Eyelab customer service representative sent me an email stating they would call me Friday afternoon (10.5.18) to discuss my credit card dispute with my purchase of defective prescription glasses from one of their Atlanta locations. (see below for their response below). They have posted an apology for their poor service, which gives the perception they are proactive...this company is not.     Thank you for the information we will be calling you today in the afternoon.   I never received a call from this very deceptive company. Please take caution if you make the mistake of using My Eyelab for your prescription. You have many options locally for eye glasses. Yelp has a mix of good and bad reviews about My Eyelab. There is 5 star and 1 star reviews, not really any in-between reviews which makes me suspect about the rave reviews. The Better Business Bureau has over 230 submitted claims. I would suggest you use your good judgement and avoid this company.   I would welcome a call from a member of their upper management team, on Monday, 10.8.18, from Stanton Optical or My Eyelab.
