My Pillow Harassment by phone despite request to stop Minnesota Internet
I have never called these guys but they certainly have called me, unsolicited, all week, and this morning woke me up. The number was a toll number, 952-442-6199 Minnesota, and it cost me money to call them each time to complain about the disturbance and illegal solicitation. They are rude, and hung up on me when I finally told them they've been reported to federal Do Not Call. My online research on their company and product shows the filling material outgasses toxic fumes, which is solid science, and some folks did complain of smells making them sick. They use personal, emotional testimonies that are all skewed in their favor, and are only anecdotal. The owner wears a huge cross outside his shirt which is designed to emotionally manipulate potential customers. Online complaints include holding refunds hostage, slow delivery times, receiving something other than what they ordered, lumpiness, won't hold the shape it is patted into, smells that make people sick, poor quality, having to pay 73 dollars to return them when it only cost the company 9 to send... More than the pillow itself is worth. They refuse to stop calling me. Better to get pillows at Bed Bath and Beyond, Costco, Sam's, Walmart, or any other local reputable store that makes returns easy and courteous, where shopping is fun and the pillows are safe and comfortable, the employees courteous. My Pillow shows no remorse and offers no apologies for disturbing me or ripping off others. BUYER BEWARE! They are an embarassment and a hindrance to American businesses thst are honest and struggling to survive.

You realize this man can wear any religious symbol he wants in this free country? If it is SO VERY offputting you should have never purchased due to an obvious blatant act of 'religiosity'.
Wait, You NEVER said you PURCHASED anything from them, only that they called you..STICK to the facts.
Anecdotal MEANS what a human experienced or observed.. MOST clinical studies are what a human reported about a product, treatment, or medication. This is VALID methodology.
You said a. " ....Toxic fumes" which is solid science << Really?..PROVE IT..list the science that indicates this, a study or report that you refer to. ALL bedding and sleepwearin the US must meet fire and safety codes. the FOAM may be inert, and the legally required flame retardeant may be the issue, in which case any TOXIC products would be discovered by now.
.b. and some folks did complain of smells making them sick. << Which folks? How many, where are they, again, prove your CLAIM since you ask the same of them. Solid scinece needed.
I immediately looked up a video on the company, and saw how they shred regular 6' blocks of STANDARD upholstery FOAM used in almost ALL chairs, bedding, and pillows, and they chop up the block to make 3 sizes. Each pillow is stuffed with a certain % of each foam bit size. the final product is weighed to meet the criteria for soft, firm etc.
You are angry over being called, you say, unsolicited, which is VALID, but you went overboard, and are flailing around tossing everything and the kitchen sink into the complaint.
You don't sound believeable. Nothing says any company has to tolerate abuse from the public, threatening them, and since you already reported them that was cause to stop speaking to you.
