I placed an order with My Pool Yard through Amazon.  I ordered a bundle and 2 items wouldn't work with my equipment.  I shipped those items back which didn't work with my equipment along with a letter stating I keep these items, I sending this item back and I need to order the correct items from you. Merely to save on shipping. items shipped $78.07 

He sent an email stating I can't refund you unless you send all of the items back

I called him by phone and explained I put a letter inside the box that I kept items and I would like to purchase the correct item from you

He stated, I Want my equipment back and I don't care who you order from.  As long as I have been in business no one has ever done anything like that and it doesn't make sense.

I said, I'm sorry I just wanted to save on shipping and purchase whatever I need from you.

He said NO! send my equipment now

I returned the items had to be back to him by a certain date in order to receive a refund so I had to pay UPS $183.02 in order to be there before 4/24.

When you received my return items he sent an email stating ONe of the items I sent back was broken and said the items were not in orginal conditiion.  He charged me $156.45 for the broken item (which is still in his possession) and charged me a 15% restocking fee of $156.45.

I called him to tell him I boxed the items and UPS put my box inside of their box so how was it broken? 

He yelled at me and said I don't want to hear and Im going to hang up on you and slammed the phone

I have never been treated in this manner ever dealing with a company.  He is being untruthful about the condition of the items and bascially a theft my excessively charging me additonal fees and not returning the item that was supposely broken that I was charged a fee.

Please do not support this business this man is insane

Tammy I'm sorry for your troubles.  I personally contacted the owner of the company and he was pissed that I called him saying that I was a scammer.  I am a reputation management consultant for businesses that have issues that they want to take care of I contacted this guy that owns this company and try to get him to take a look at the report that you posted.    After listening to him on the phone I would not do business with him at all I'm sorry to say that but there's no way I could ever do business with this guy it seems like he's angry.

 

 He said that you could send a complaint to Amazon and they would refund you the money I don't believe that.  Tami after talking to this guy on the phone about your issue he diverted the conversation over to my phone number saying something about it's not connected with Rip Off Report at somebody else's phone and he wants to report me to google I don't know what that would do.   Either way I would never do business with him.
