Mychal Krause Mike Krause, from We Build It USA We have hired this company and its General Contractor/owner to remodel/rebuild our house. We paid over 90000 dollars and the job was to complete on May 9th. We have paid over 65% for the project Internet
We have hired a construction company We Build It USA, LLC, the general contractor's name is Mychal Krause.We did some research on the website we have found this information about this contractor.

Last summer, Hanks paid Krause $85,500 for construction of a small house in the 800 block of Ripley Avenue, near San Antonio College.He was told later that Krause never paid the contractor's lender, and now that lender has foreclosed upon Hanks' house. "NOTE: Yet another reason for homebuilders in Texas to be licensed.
My husband and I are very concerned about this news as we are facing the same situation as Hank did. We have paid him over 90 thousand dollars for remodeling and construction of our house and it was supposed to be completed in 3 months, but it is very far from being completed. He is sending us very nasty texts and e-mails demanding money, but every time we ask for invoices and justification of the costs, he cannot. We have inspector who comes to a construction site and evaluates the work he does and we get reimbursed from the lender. We have so far paid about 65% of total cost for the completion of work, and get reimbursed about 30% from the lender.My husband and found out that Mychal Krause was dissing us to workers stating that he cannot pay them because he is not being paid.My husband was in the car with the lender's representative and Mychal was bad mouthing us to lender (he didn't know that my husband was in the car and could hear everything he says), stating that we made changes worth of more than 30 thousand dollars, and that we are not paying him. He stated that he went to talk to his lawyer and that his lawyer told him that "we will kill them".Please help us, if you can with any advice or may be someone with the same situation can contact us by e-mail and give us good advice.We are completely lost with this person, we had no idea that he had such a slimy past. Beware of this company and its owner Mychal Krause.
