If find it very suspicious that the social web site MyLife.com gives to way to contact anyone about my account.

I fulfilled an offer through CheckOutFree.com and received an email saying that I now was upgraded to the Premium service on MyLife.com. However nothing in my account at the site indicates this and I regularly get email from MyLife.com suggesting I upgrade to Premium service.

Because they offer no way to contact them (email or telephone) I am at a loss as to how to get this matter straightened out.

I know when MyLife.com operated as Reunion.com there were problems and many complaints (I did not use the service). I wonder if they are heading in a shady direction with MyLife.com?

Frankly, I'm frustrated with an operation that hides from its large membership.

Both companies have ways of contacting them, here is where to locate that information: MyLife.com: go to the help feature at the bottom of the homepage, click HELP and all the questions they can answer are there for your review.. first, below is the MyLife.com contat info, then the CheckOutFree.com info to follow MYLIFE.COM - Should you have additional concerns, contact our Customer Care team at (888) 704-1900, Monday through Friday 6am - 11pm PST; weekends 6am - 6pm PST (excluding major holidays). CHECKOUTFREE.COM - If you have any issues with the Checkoutfree process, please contact Checkoutfree at 800-826-5183, or email them at [email protected]. Also, here is the Customer Support instructions on the website regarding your problem and linking both companies with your upgraded status: "I have completed this offer from Checkoutfree.com, why hasn't my free membership been upgraded?" If you used the Checkoutfree option to fulfill your free membership and you wish to check the status of your upgrade please email their Customer Service at www.checkoutfree.com/about/support .
