BUYER BEWARE!! NO RETURNS!!
Just know when you order pool heater parts from this company they have no intention of allowing you to return any part of your order for credit or exchange. If you order an incorrect part, extra parts or just don't need the part, they DON'T CARE and stated to me on the phone (818) 446-6855 NO RETURNS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
We did not even open the box MyPoolYard.com sent to us. A pool repair company was hired to install our heater parts we received fromn My Pool Yard. When the repair company arrived, they told us our existing pool heater was too rusted internally and too dangerous to repair. It needed to be replaced, as you can see, we have no choice but to return the parts....
Not sure how this Company can stay in business on the internet with a no return policy on the items they sell.
I will return the merchandise anyway without an RMA # and request a chargeback from my credit card service....I/m sure we'll be fighting about this for the next 6 months.....GEEZ I hate companies like this.
