Myrateplan - Inphonic - myrateplan ripoff dishonest, not as advertised, added charges. Largo Maryland
according to their website, i was supposed to receive free shipping on all phones. lie #1 :i was charged shipping.
i was supposed to receive 2 mot razrv3 phones for $0, but was chrged $75.00 ea., and the excuse they used was because i changed my plan, which i surely didn't.
at first they said they would credit my account, later just made excuses as why i was charged.
i am filing this report because the information on their website was totally deceptive and when i placed my order and spoke to a sales rep. the information given to me was way different from the charges i received on my credit card. i was led to beleive i would only be charged a $10.00 fee to ship 4 phones. this cell phone reseller/agent is a ripoff !
