Mysalutecard.com/visa Credit Card/Salute can't get on the web site to view account.called and all the person I talked to wanted to know is if I wanted to make a payment by phone. Newark, New Jersey
I have several times called the company because for one the website is horrible format. This Past week 9/10/07 to 9/14/07 I have called this comany acouple of times to report that their web site will not display.I wanted to go online and check out where I stood and when my payment date was due and how much ...and I couldn't get on line with mysalute.com... I called the customer service numbre and I tried to tell the lady that their was something wrong with their web site and all she wanted to know is if I wanted to make a payment by phone. I said no I want to tell you their is a problem with your web site. and 3 times she asked me if I wanted to make a payment and I said no and got mad and hung up.
to this day 9/17/07 I have not been able to get on their web site.I have used 2 different search engines and both come up with can not display the page you have entered. Now I don't want to make a payment but if I don't I will get charged all kinds of fees from them.I wish I could pay them off and close out the account and be done with them.
My advice to anyone who is thinking about getting a card from my salute is DON'T..This company had no business being in bussiness..
