NADN Nationa Audit Defense Network ripoff unreturned calls no follow-up. rip off scam con artists Las Vegas Nevada
I just happend to put in the name 'NADN' into a search merely to obtain the website of NADN when I came upon this website. I couldn't believe it. I didn't know that so many others had the same experience as I did. I was also somewhat pressured to join NADN. I was on the phone with a representative for almost three hours (seriously).
Everytime I told him that I wanted to think about it he had another line. He was so nice and respectful that I didn't want to just hang up the phone. I went along with it hoping that I would experience the benefits that he described. He also told me that I had thirty days to cancel so I wouldn't have to worry.
I signed up my husband and I for the membership and pre-existing tax help. When almost three weeks went by and I never spoke to anyone regarding my husband's pre-existing tax problem. I decided to cancel. Thinking it was just that easy, I called and spoke to someone, they told me to fax in a formal request and send back the materials. I did the above and assumed they would take care of it. I called back about a week later when I was told that they did not receive my fax and now it was over the thiry days and it is too late. I argued my point to exhaustion then gave up. I then said OK if you won't refund the membership at least refund the extra amount for the pre-existing tax help. At that point I was given the run around , I left messages on machines, I faxed and mailed letters to no avail it's been months now and I'm stuck!
