NADN National Audit Defense Network ripoff, fraud business, did my taxes wrong, did not return money when I cancelled, just got the runaround! You know you rip people off and I can assure you that GOD will get you for it! Las Vegas Nevada

I became a member of NADN in Oct. 2001. They charged me $810 for a 2-year membership. I was told that if they could not save me $3000 within that time, I would get may $810 back.
In 2002, they called me with the "Shop'n 2000" (also called "Mall for All") website business "opportunity". Like a fool, I plunked down $2995. I would now have to wait until 2003 to see if I would get any money back.
Jan. 2003, they called to renew the "Shop'n 2000" for another $2995. They coerced me by stating that I needed to renew now to get the full benefit.
When I finally got through in late May to ask where my tax returns are, they told me that because I did not do all that was required to establish my website as a corporation that I could not get the full tax benefit (which was supposed to be a $5000 tax credit AND $5475 in deductions). Once I heard this, they told me I need a "Business Marketing Plan", which costs $1495. Yes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and signed up.
I changed my mind in about a week or two and tried to get my money back. I sent 3 faxes and never received a penny. When I tried to contact them, their Customer Service agent gave me their Client Resolutions number, which turned out to be a fax/modem line.
When I finally received my tax returns, they were done wrong. I had cashed in a 401k from a previous job just to try to pay for this stupid thing and they reported it wrong. If I would have sent my return in, I would have been penalized, BIG TIME!
After all that, my return barely covered the $2995 I spent to begin with. How is this putting an extra $3000 in my pocket?
But, the worst part they don't explain to you about the "Shop'n 2000" website is that the $2995 is only a portion of the cost. I still have a balance of $7980 in a Promissory Note that will be due in monthly installments starting 8 years after the initial $2995 purchase. Of course, the interest started accruing immediately.
Compounded by the fact that I renewed the second year. So now, I spent $810 for the first 2 years, $2995 X 2 for the website and will owe $7980 X 2 on the remainder of the website, plus the $1495 they did not refund for a grand total of $24,255.
My 2002 returns for both Fed and State will be about $3400. Of course, my 2-year membership ends in Oct. 2003, so if I need my taxes done next year I need to pay them more money. The $1495 Business Marketing Plan does not include tax preparation.

Looks like the Nevada Attorney General and the IRS have had enough as well.
To any NADN employee who might think about rebutting, don't waste your time! You know you rip people off and I can assure you that GOD will get you for it!

Let me clarify First of all, my name is Ian, NOT Ivan. I know of who you wrote of and if he stole from you, you have every right to seek retribution. Second of all, to JAROD, if you know who I am and where to find me, then by all means come see me and we will discuss this as adults, instead of posting personal information about me and making vague threats. I am not a coward, and I invite open confrontation, and if you are of like mind then I look forward to meeting you. Last, I am back working for NADN and I am anything but "Part of the problem." I do everything within my power to make sure those who are clients get the service they have paid for, and those who are due a refund receive one. My point in my 1st rebuttal is that people who think that GOD will punish other people for their mistakes are misguided fools. If you buy something, then you own it. Our verification department insures that all the pertinent information regarding the purchase is given to the client- and the client agrees to it. Nobody forces you to buy anything, so take responsibility for your own actions. I love my job, and I believe that I perform a great service for our clients, however I am pragmatic and do not understand people who refuse to admit they have made a bad decision. So, I hope this posting stops the threats and juvenile posturing my first rebuttal has started. CAVEAT EMPTOR- EN PACE REQUIESCANT.

You stayed at my house becouse your girlfriend kicked you out, becouse you couldnt get it up anymore. This is what she told me while everybody was laughing at you becouse you are a joke. After i took you in, gave you a place to stay, fed you,and got you faded for three months, you stole over three thousand dollers of studio equipment from my studio. By the way i got it back becouse i know a detective that found where you pawned it. I got it back for free, so you also have a warrant for grand larceny. I used to work for NADN until recently. I just love the fact that GOD is going to punish these evildoers for an idiot right-wing lunatic such as yourself, a person who cannot take responsibility for his own actions. No one forced you to purchase anything, so if GOD is going to punish the person who did this to you, I'd not go out in any thunderstorms if I were you. Another thing I used to love about NADN is that they advertise on Christian and Republican talk-radio stations. If anybody needs a little ripping-off, it's you whackos. The biggest misconception you burned-out redneck midwest wonders of evolution have when you purchase any of NADNs products is that you don't have to do anything to make it work, when the fact that the biggest guarantee is in writing and disclosed to you during the verification process- YOU HAVE TO UTILIZE THE SERVICE. I have seen NADN's tax programs work for some people, but these people did their homework and didn't expect some magical mystical tax fairy to fix everything for them. Or GOD for that matter. I'm sure everyone at NADN is quaking in fear right now because of little ole you. PS: and I did have the guts to rebut this.
