NADN ripoff harrassment by phone dishonest Las Vegas Nevada
NADN was paid a down payment of 1,995.00 in October of 2002. This down payment was rendered to them as a membership fee.
As a member I was told that if I would submit to them the last three years of tax paperwork, they would in return guarentee 6,000.00 above what we had already recieved back in refunds.
I mailed them the previous three years copies of tax returns and at that time they began to call asking for more money for other services and I asked them about the three years previous returns and they could not give me an answer.
When I asked for a refund they refused saying that my alloted time to request my refund had past.
Since that time, I have requested numerous times that they quit calling my phone. I have asked them to deactivate my membership and to delete my numbers from file. I have had my home number changed because they have not quit calling. They are now calling my cell phone and when I inform them that I have requested them to stop calling they hang up on me and some other rep calls the next evening with the same results.
I am willing to press charges against this company and would fully enjoy doing so.
