Choosing a photographer is a big decision especially if its a wedding planning process and so you should choose wisely. I booked my photographer kind of quick without doing a lot of research. Since I got all excited and gave her a deposit based on what I saw at the website and the price of packages. Since i took the services of Nataliasmithphotography all for the simple reason that I loved the photographs on her site and the albums i saw, her prices seemed very reasonable. As i was very much freaked out about spending a lot on everything else, I saw an opportunity to save money and went for it. The service i got was completely unprofessional and pathetic I only wish that I had gone with my gut feeling and just backed out when the time was right.
Therefore, if you know a photographer, that’s great, but if you don’t, going through the industry’s benchmark for the right professional is a great place to begin. This will ensure that you’ll find a great photographer who actually walks the walk on their website
So finally learn from your mistakes and do ample research prior to picking a photographer and make sure they really understand all your requirements!

The review was posted last year, and, unfortunately, I have only just came accross it and go through the report process. The reviewer did not specify what kind of bad service I provided. "The service i got was completely unprofessional and pathetic" was the only negative comment of the whole review which has not been justified. The rest of the review descibes the review's general research experience. In the past I have successfully managed any kinds of requests that my clients asked me to do. And all my projects have been closed with customers receiving, reviewing and being satisfied with the services. Please review the legitimacy of this feedback and ask the reviewer to provide the evidence of Natalia Smith Photography providing services to them, as well as any communication where the client had expressed their dissatisfaction with the services.
