i have repetly asked for shipping dates and conformation dates e-mail him so manny times i have lost track he has been kicked off of e-bay which they failed to tell me about.

The product advertised was NOT a TV/VCR, it was wholesale list on how to get these products at a wholesale price, which you were notified of several times throughout the time purchase. I would strongly suggest that in the future you thoroughly read the information for the product you are buying, and also the category in which it is listed. My item was listed under Ebays information products and services category. Also as stated by my auction, I charged no shipping, as the item would be sent in an E-mail, and I needed no address, again as the product would be sent through e-mail. I am sorry that you were so unfortunate as to not read what you were purchasing, but let this be lesson to read before you buy. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you in the past, and the late response as I was not aware of any problem, but let us both walk away with new found knowledge of internet procedure.
