Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This was MY experience so take it as just that. As a newly licensed insurance agent I looked at many many captive and non captive companies. After some extensive review, I chose NAA. I specifically joined the Lampe team as they are recognized as a leading organization within NAA.

Let’s begin with the Lampe office. The lack of follow up and follow through of their team actually amazed me. It simply doesn’t exist! They are either understaffed, just don’t care or stupid to the point that they just do not respond back.

Now, NAA as a broader organization.  You are highly encouraged to listen to daily calls, attend weekly “hotspot” meetings and all other national events…kinda like a MLM company. Andy Albright (the CEO) has a HUGE ego that he needs fed continually! Every meeting, call, training…that I ever was a part of, Andys name is mentioned, praised and edified…(think cult). The majority of meetings, calls…are ONLY about money…little emphasis on training or actual knowledge.

Although they state they are not an MLM (nothing wrong if they were…), the basic set up and structure of the organization is just that.  The only think really missing is a monthly fee…oops, they do have that too! Lol They have a Presidents club level membership (three levels) that they push as well. The membership basically gets you to the inner circle of knowledge…lol aka, more of Andy Albright.

Overall, I actually think they offer a good opportunity for EXPERIENCED life insurance agents, however, if you are not a Kool Aide drinker, this is not the organization for you. They are rah, rah focused, money money, money, trips vacations…and that kind of ongoing chatter is fine, if that’s what motivates you. If you do get involved with NAA, I really urge you to find a strong team to join that can “promise” you they will offer you what you feel you need for success.
