National Appliance Network THEY GOT ME TOO...and yes THEY , Internet
I THINK IM GOING TO SIGN MY UNSIGNED CHECK
This company is on its way out and the only way to insure their demise to to BOYCOTT the manufactures of the appliances they have contracts for the following:
FRIGIDAIRE ELECTROLUX SAMSUNG LG SHARP ARTIC AIR WHIRLPOOL
Also they have exclusive accounts for WALMART and LOWES
I was skeptical so I kept my work at a minimum for the 2nd month to 10 jobs since almost all were out of my service area and I soon realized I was the only one they had 50-75 miles of the BEAUMONT TEXAS.
my CHECK FOR THAT MONTH was short by $300 and not signed and I have not been sent anything for the 1 job the next month which was due on 15th Sept 2009.
They still send request by email and still call me to accept jobs I just say when I get paid for back work I will consider.
I know as a consumer also That it is important to find out who the WARRANTY COMPANY IS BEFORE BUYING A CONTRACT.
Boycott purchasing these appliances and someone will notice NATIONAL APPLIANCE NETWORK

I work with National appliance network for over 1 year.. i had some problems with payments too.. called the office. spoke with nelson he asked for the work orders or tickets numbes.. ..didnt have that info with me at the time ... i had to call couple days after asked for nelson again he wasnt avaliable .... i call back ones again ...got nelson on the phone.. give the tickets or work order.numbers that he asked for it . he explained the process to me. how to update the system.. that i will have to send the work order thru the fax ... stated that i didnt got pay becouse i didnt sent the work order sign.. also he explained to me how to upload the work orders myself.. i did upload all work workders.and also fax them ... called back after 5 days .. Nelson checked on my account and stated that work orders were received .. also he said that i will ve recieving a check on the mail btw the 15nt and the 20th. next month .. . i called 4 days after nelson give me a check number.8529 .to be honest i did recived my check on the mail with every single work order paid..... . my vendor number with the company is 4118 also i work doing appliance repair and tv repair.. i just have good thinks to said about National appliance network.. i dont like when people do this kind of report about a company just becouse sometimes .. like nelson explain to me they dont follow procedures,,, o dont read the work orders... if sombody need some more info about what i said also i can provied my Phone number with no problems..
