This letter is to demand refund of monies paid to NADN, plus all original website (incl. Oryan) paperwork returned to me.

I have been extremely unsatisfied with the unprofessional tactics of the NADN organization.

What I thought was a committed group looking out for my best interests as a tax paying citizen is nothing more than a bunch of salesmen happy to get someone to commit to buying something and then never following up with any legitimate information or returning any calls. I have absolutely no faith in the NADN organization and refuse to do business with NADN any longer. My membership has cost me more than $1412.95, it has cost me precious business time and 9 months of frustration.

I expect to be contacted immediately to have this issue resolved - otherwise, I will have no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau, Radio & TV Stations to at least ensure other people are aware of the poor service I received in trying to do business with your organization.

Background

As you can read in the background section of this letter - I have had to endure extremely poor customer service and hours of frustration after signing up for MallForAll with still NO resolution on the matter 9 months later!

04/21/2003 First payment on Website [$1497.50] withdrawn from my company bank account

05/20/2003 Final payment [$1497.50] from my company bank account for website is withdrawn by NADN I had not authorized this last payment as I was waiting for paperwork

06/13/2003 Paperwork arrives from Oryan Mgmt. Nearly two months after initial contact

06/27/2003 Oryan Mgmt sends a request for me to fill out a W9 Note that my personal SSN has been requested

07/??/2003 Contacted Oryan Mgmt and requested new paperwork be sent to me Why would NADN send paperwork in my name when fees were paid from my company?

Another Salesman from NADN calls me about another deal

I start questioning the Website Deal - what is all this promissory note paperwork? Why won't anyone from NADN send me information in writing about the website?

Would not give me the information I requested. I asked for the Customer Service manager and was told they would contact me and was then hung up on. Never heard from Customer Service!

I have assumed to this point that nothing has been done with the website until my paperwork is completed I get online to see if the website exists Find that cookie-cutter websites have been created (same source code) for every NADN client that has signed up. There is no master mall that I signed up to contribute to. I am expected to market this website.

Called NADN to tell them I did not sign up to own and market a website. NADN rep is surprised no one has told me about purchasing a marketing package from NADN. Requested a name and was told someone would call me

No one called me.

Frustrated that now NADN is trying to sell me marketing materials for this website!

09/18/2003 Called Oryan Mgmt to request my money back Told to contact NADN

09/18/2003 Called NADN requesting to speak to Customer Service management - Finally got a fax number to send a letter through.

09/25/2003 Sent First Letter Requesting Refund

09/29/2003 Contacted by Brett Shafer Told refund was IMPOSSIBLE Had the audacity to mention someone told him they had received a letter and that he had not personally seen it. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE BEING IGNORED BY NADN!

10/01/2003

Called NADN Tax Hotline Told tax expert of my situation that monies were removed from my business for the website. Told him I did not know I was purchasing a BUSINESS He said NADN would not be able to do taxes NADN Tax Advisor told me I needed to speak to Melissa Kaiser and transferred me to her voice mail before I could get his name. Left her a message never returned my call.

10/06/2003 Sent 2nd letter requesting refunds sent to NADN Got a call from someone that couldn't make a decision.

Contacted by Bruce Barnwell and told I needed a marketing plan for the website

Promised to keep in touch with me regularly (every week) to ensure everything got resolved.

I asked to be removed from Sales call list and he said it would be done. Now I am finding out that this website will never make a dime unless I market it or pay to have NADN do it.

Never heard from Bruce again.

Receive a letter from Sharon Jacobs, Business Development Specialist telling me they can't get me a marketing plan until NADN knows whether I am running the MallForAll through my C Corp or as a Sole Proprietor.

Tried to call Sharon number on correspondence is disconnected

Contacted Bruce said he would investigate and he never got back to me.

Contacted by NADN rep Holly? Who asked how my account was going I told her this whole story and she listened I actually thought I may be getting somewhere.

I asked her what she though I should do she put me on hold and disconnected me never called back

11/25/03 Contacted by Michael Jones he decided that my portfolio was not optimum and promised to work through it I had to get off the phone and asked him to call 11/26 9:00 am

11/26/03 9:40am Michael Jones called me Miracles never cease

11/26/03 Michael Jones put me through to Michael Kalvert who has requested me to fax 2002 taxes (Corp and personal) for his review -that he may determine where to go from here Sent 32 page fax

Requested they get back to me by Dec 3rd as I was leaving on international travel for 2 weeks.

I have contacted many institutions about the insulting business practices of NADN Still not too late to refund!!!!!

The Mallforall.com is not something I want to participate in not the way NADN organizes it! No one at NADN has, or ever will, send me ANYTHING in writing regarding this program. All I can do as a customer is call your 1-800 numbers and talk to flunkies.

Salesmen have been shocked that I did not know about the Marketing Program that I just found out I need to buy on top of what I had already purchased, yet again no one will send me anything confirmed in writing. No one has ever called for any other reason but to sell me something not to check up on how things are going or if I need any support. Now I am finding out I need to invest $2500.yr in upgrades? YOU HAVEN'T EVEN GOT MY CURRENT INVESTMENT TO WORK YET!

NADN customer service told me that I would have to call Oryan Management for my Mallforall.com refund.

I have spoken to my account manager at Oryan Management and he says my money for the website was given to NADN (which is what my credit card statement shows) and that only NADN can refund my money. EVERYONE KEEPS POINTING FINGERS!

Sales personnel have told me someone would call me back and that has never happened. I have called the Manager of Customer Service and they have referred my message back to sales instead of talking to me YOUR customer. I am a busy person, a business owner, I travel extensively and have a family. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't have any customers. This should not still be an open matter.

NADN has treated this whole matter very unprofessionally and based on my experience there are many other clients that must be unsatisfied. I have wasted $1000's of dollars worth and many hours of my time trying to get a decent response.

NADN has 7 days to respond to this letter in my favor or I must take other action. I have already contacted others who responded by taking NADN newsletter from 1999 off their website, and the Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas.
