I just signed up with these people on August 20, 2003. I cancelled the same day and was told by customer service that I cancelled in time and would not be getting the package. Today I received the package, which I am returning. I am also writing a letter telling them I cancel so that I have a hard copy dated today, for my records and to prove that I notified them within the 30 day trial period. After seeing all the complaints, I got cold feet and cancelled. I have a feeling my credit card company will have to get involved to get my money back. Just make sure you put it in writing, date it, and keep a copy for your records. This can be used to prove to your bank/credit card company that you cancelled your membership and then they will help get your money back if needed. Good Luck!
