Has ANYONE ever been helped by these people? I have been a member for two years now and my membership is about to expire. And believe me after reading all this I will never sign up again. I have been harassed by very rude people the whole time I have been a member. I wonder what they will pull when my membership expires and I tell them I am not signing up again. The only thing they have done for me is to get me to incorporate my business in Nevada.
And this is very aggravating because I have to do all my business over the phone and mail. I am counting down the days when I can get out!!! Can someone on the inside please tell me what to expect when I tell them I don't want their services anymore. If they have all my business information, can they steal from me? Help!!

Put cancellation in writing

I just signed up with these people on August 20, 2003. I cancelled the same day and was told by customer service that I cancelled in time and would not be getting the package. Today I received the package, which I am returning. I am also writing a letter telling them I cancel so that I have a hard copy dated today, for my records and to prove that I notified them within the 30 day trial period. After seeing all the complaints, I got cold feet and cancelled. I have a feeling my credit card company will have to get involved to get my money back. Just make sure you put it in writing, date it, and keep a copy for your records. This can be used to prove to your bank/credit card company that you cancelled your membership and then they will help get your money back if needed. Good Luck!
