I guess this company cannot handle questions about their inventory. One evening I was shopping on internet for a car. I saw their ad for $99 down on some cars so I sent an inquiry asking if this was true or a gimmick. Well I got an email back from owner saying no we don't believe in deceptive advertising. So he asked me to fill out a credit app so I did and we were approved. I told him it would be a week or so when I will be ready to buy. So when I got ready I sent him a note that said I was ready. Well he gave my app to a salesman who I don't think was proficient in English. I began asking about car payments of different cars which he couldn't give me except one or two then he would just say oh its about $350 a month so I asked about other cars keep in mind I was working from pictures and finally he got owner back involved after asking me if I was serious about buying car or not. Well the owner wrote a long and contradictory letter first saying oh you have sent 50 emails (how else was I to find out about cars they are a long way from where I live) but he continued asking what me problem was said I knew their hours and prices(very few)and said if I want to buy a car come buy it, and by the end of his letter he said we needed to part ways. I went to another dealer and showed him that and he laughed and said it figures and I bought a car. So don't buy a car from this place they cant answer questions about their cars and they are supposed to sell suppp.

I wrote one letter about you which you have defended twice and no sir I have not gone ALL over the internet slandering you. I challange you to find where I have writtin something somewhere else......Now I have seen several others write things elsewhere about you and write in several places......why do you feel the need to keep defending the same thing 2 times so far...........I think you are sadly mistaken that I have written things ALL OVER the internet. I wrote one letter on here and this is the second time you have defended the same thing it must be bad to own a business where you have to keep watching internet boards to defend what people write about you....thats all I have to say.....And you are the one who has stretched things a little and said I did things I never did.........

Randy,
You have blasted us all over the internet for something we didn't do and it's not right.
We gave you every chance to buy a vehicle and you never came in and never called. I literally have about 100 emails exchanged between you and our employees and we could not have been more polite and accomodating. You started getting strange on us and accusing us of things we did not do. After dealing with that for about a week I didn't feel comfortable doing business with you because things started getting weird. Everybody was nothing but more than accomodating and answered every question under the sun.
Now you are going around slandering us for something we didn't even do. I think you got mad when I told you that it would be better if you take your business elsewhere. That was after about a month of helping you out by email. Enough was enough. It's not right for you to slander our reputation especially when we went out of our way to be more than helpful and gave you every chance in the world to come in and buy a car. You never even came in. All you did was ask 3 or 4 questions a day for almost a month and then started getting confrontational with my salesman and emailing me accusing him of things he did not do. It was very odd. I just honestly can't believe your out there slandering our name after all we did to help you. It's just not right. Literally all you had to do was drive to the store and buy a vehicle but you kept getting confronational and accusing us of things and it just kept going on and on and on when finally I said I just think it's better for you to take your business elsewhere.
