I contactec National Auto Transport and set up a pick up date for my car to be transported from California to Georgia. Sarina Lopez told me it would take 7 days. I left California and left my car with my daughter. When they arrived at her house the 6th of July they told her it would be 7-14 days.

I contacted Sandra in the customer relations department to find out about the descrepancy in what I was told. I requested to speak to a supervisor because she was rude and insolent. She told me I would have to write to complain. A day or two later I left her another message and she did not return my call. I went through the switchboard to get in touch with her, again she was rude.

She told me that obviously the car wqs not being delivered because I hadn't heard from the driver. I told her that was the first I had heard that they would call me before. Because she was so rude I asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me I would have to complain in writing. She then said if she gave them the message they would return my call when they could. She called me back and told me that I could expect my car the 21st or the 22nd of July. It is the 21st after business hours and I have not heard anything, which I suppose means the driver will not deliver my car the 22nd because I haven't gotten a call.

I called the office and asked to speak to the person she told me I had to complain to in writing and left two messages. He hasnt't called back either. I feel like they have my car hostage and don't have to bother to call me back-cancel the contract?
