national auto warranty defrauded lied refused to cancel contract. contacted them to cancel never told us put it in writing. called us liars never wanted their warranty program. howell New Jersey
We called them in march to cancel the contract they never told us we needed to put it in writing. They debitted our account after we canceled. When we called to ask why they said needed to put it in writing that they do not do faxes, emails or take cancellations over the phone. Seems funny that they called us and started contract over phone with no signatures. They lied to us about being the original warranty people when in fact gmac were the original ones. They called us liars when we said that we called in march.
