National Consumer Resource Center Did not pay refund owed us and now cannot reach anyone to talk to Coconut Creek Florida
It seems that this company bailed at the time they started to owe everyone! We finished paying off the debt in March and was finally able to get someone to confirm that as of April 30 they knew it was finished. Was told that the refund would take a few weeks, but when we tried to call or email no one ever replied. We were told in the beginning that it would take 3 years to pay off, and it ended up being almost 7. We have the paperwork that states upon completion we are entitled to a full refund, in fact the paper says the refund is of the service fee which would add up to more than our deposit. If there is away to get any of our money from them I want to! I have even tried to search for the ex-president of the company, Stephen Rubino. This man had to know what was going on!!!
