National Consumer Resource Center I'm not surprised NCRC went out of business, they sure tried to rip us off Coconut Creek Florida
I decided to use National Consumer Resource Center a few years ago to help pay off some debt. First they told me that they would be able to get our interest rates down on the credit cards we were paying off, not true. But, I still went ahead and went with them.
In spite of the fact that I ALWAYS made my payment to them in plenty of time, they failed to pay our debtors on time, so we continued to be charged late fees and receive calls. I called them several times with complaints about their service. They always came up with an excuse why they made our payments late, paperwork errors, etc...
The first time I called and complained, they even had the wrong credit card info. and the wrong amounts! What is wrong with these people?? Always telling me the "error" is now fixed, everything would be o.k. now. Well, after about six months of games with them, I'd had enough. At that point, we owed more money than when we started.
I finally got smart and went and got a bank loan, our cards are now paid off. Who knows where we would have been if we had stayed with NCRC. I am not the least bit surprised that they are now out of business.
